Twain at POOL BROKERS CANADA, came to my families rescue when we opened our pool this year, and realized the pool liner we were hoping would last another 2 years, was at the end of its life and needed replacing. We were worried now that a good portion of our pool use would be shot as from previous experience, pool liners can take months to replace. Twain came out took measurements, had his guys remove the old liner, and assess the condition of our galvanized brim and concrete and steps in the shallow end. Our steps also needed to be repaired and re epoxied. Since I am handy, Twain suggested sanding the galvanized and painting with tremclad metal paint, to protect for longer life and filling some holes in the concrete with hydraulic cement.

For the stairs he gave me a quote and had a guy over two days later, reinforcing and refurbishing the fiberglass steps to as good as new. In the time it took from start to finish, it was to my surprise when two weeks after Twain’s, first visit, he called me to let me know his team was coming the following week to put the new liner, two weeks in total from start to finish. As of today, we are filling the pool back up with Water and will have it up and running in the coming days for us to use. We can't thank POOL BROKERS enough as our experience was next level service."
